The first discussion of the KeyBank Small Non-profit Series was held on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 and focused on Strategic Planning. Speakers Art J. Falco (president and CEO, Playhouse Square Foundation), Kathryn P. Jensen (COO, ideastream), and Jerrold F. Wareham (president and CEO, ideastream) discussed the development of Playhouse Square, the merger of WVIZ and WCPN, the Idea Center® project and partnership, development of a strategic mission and planning for growth.
